Job Description:
Golden Age Foundation (GAF) is multi-sector platform that fosters the development of smart ageing cities in Asia. We organize annual Golden Age Expo & Summit, a pioneering event and interactive platform that exhibits the latest technology, innovative products and services in the ageing industry, and gathers influential thinkers and leaders from various industries to share innovative ideas and experiences on ageing. Through empowerment programs, we support golden agers (individuals aged 45 and above) to continue to contribute to society and lead purpose-driven lives. Our team are friendly, collaborative, and willing to go an extra mile to get the job done.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create communications including e-newsletter, annual report and event updates and promotion
- Post marketing messages on website, social media and monitor the performance of promotion campaigns
- Support production of graphic and video production for annual expo and summit and other programs
- Coordinate with vendor and teammates to complete the website revamp project
- Support the team’s operations – meeting and event logistics, database management, etc.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the Marketing and Partnership Manager
Requirements:
- Degree holder in related discipline
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in digital marketing and content development
- Website administration and graphic design skills are preferrable.
- Good social media and computer skills
- Good communication skills in oral and written Chinese and English.
- Willing to learn, attentive to details, and with good interpersonal skills and time management skills
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
